Presentation Guidelines

Please read the following guidelines carefully before preparing your oral and poster presentations for NMAMLD 2026. Adhering to these instructions will help ensure smooth and successful technical sessions throughout the conference.

Oral Presentation

Presentation Instructions

Each oral presentation is allotted 15 minutes, including the presentation, Q&A session, and speaker transition.
Presenters are advised to limit their presentation to 12 minutes to allow sufficient time for discussion.
All presentation slides and the presentation itself must be in English.
Each presentation room will be equipped with a laptop (MS Office & Adobe Reader), projector, screen, and laser pointer.
Presenters should report to the Session Chair at least 10 minutes before the session begins to upload and test their presentation.

Poster Presentation

Poster Size

Poster must be prepared in A1 Portrait size.
Dimensions: 59.4 cm × 84.1 cm (23.4 in × 33.1 in).
Printing the submitted paper in A4 format will NOT be accepted as a poster.

Poster Content

Include the conference short name, paper ID, title, authors and affiliations at the top.
Use clear and concise text readable from approximately 1.5 metres (5 ft).
Present objective, methodology, results and conclusions using text, figures and tables.
Use high-quality colour figures and tables with proper labels.

Poster Display

Display posters on the assigned board before the poster session begins.
Presenters are responsible for mounting and removing their posters.
Posters not removed by the end of the session/day may be discarded by the organizers.
