Presentation Guidelines

Please read the following guidelines carefully before preparing your oral presentation for NMAMLD 2026. Adhering to these instructions will help ensure smooth and successful technical sessions throughout the conference.

Oral Presentation

Presentation Instructions

  • Each oral presentation is allotted 15 minutes, including the presentation, Q&A session, and speaker transition.
  • Presenters are advised to limit their presentation to 12 minutes to allow sufficient time for discussion.
  • All presentation slides and the presentation itself must be in English.
  • Each presentation room will be equipped with a laptop (MS Office & Adobe Reader), projector, screen, and laser pointer.
  • Presenters should report to the Session Chair at least 10 minutes before the session begins to upload and test their presentation.
