Registration Regulations & Refund Policy

Please read the registration regulations and refund policy carefully before completing your registration for NMAMLD 2026. These guidelines explain the eligibility criteria, paper registration requirements, cancellation policy, and refund procedures for all participants.

Registration Regulations

Student Registration

The Student Registration fee is applicable only when the first author of the paper is a student. During registration, participants must upload a valid student identity card or an official certification letter issued by their institution for verification.

Paper Registration

One regular registration covers the presentation and publication of one paper with a minimum length of 6 pages, including all figures, tables and references.

Multiple Paper Registration

Each paid registration is valid for only one paper. Registration for an additional paper is permitted only when the same first author has already completed a regular registration.

Refund Policy

If a registered participant is unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate may participate in their place without any additional charge, provided the Conference Secretary is informed at least one week before the conference and the registration fee has been paid in full.

Cancellation Charges

  • More than 20 days before the conference
    ₹3,000 will be deducted and the remaining registration fee will be refunded.
  • 10–20 days before the conference
    20% of the registration fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 10 days before the conference
    No refund will be provided.
  • Force Majeure
    No refund will be provided if the conference is affected by circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, including natural disasters, fire, earthquakes, storms, strikes, war, government restrictions or other unforeseen events.

Important: Any bank charges, service charges or transaction fees incurred during the refund process shall be borne by the participant.
