Abstract Submission GuidelinesSubmit abstract here

*Registered authors whose abstracts have been accepted will be invited to submit a full-length paper (maximum 10 pages). After successful peer review, these papers will be published in a Special Issue of a reputed international journal. A Book of Abstracts featuring all accepted presentations will be provided to all registered delegates.

Important dates

  • Deadline for abstract submission: May 30, 2026
  • Notification of acceptance: June 30, 2026
  • Deadline for submission of a 10-page full-length paper (for accepted abstracts): September 30, 2026
  • Last date for registration: July 15, 2026
